Poems Written by Angel Marianne The Flower of Friendship There is a flower that will never wilter or fade like the footprints in the snow in winter IThis flower should be sown and nurtured with care that way you'll know it's forever there It grows in your heart so you can give it away and when you do, you get another one back right away This flower is called FRIENDSHIP, unique and rare and now I give it to you as a token of my care! ~ Angel Marianne ~ For My Friend My friend you so inspire me, As a supervisor I witnessed your quiet strength, Never an ill word spoken, Yet always there to back me up. Got myself in many messes, Some where bad and some just plainly cracked us up, We shared so many laughters, And now that I have moved on, No matter where I go, I take the quiet strength you taught me, And know that I will get thru, As a friend you so inspire me, with your strength and will, Battling against the odds, Never even thinking to give up, Crying silently because the pain is bad, Smiling being strong for all of us, My friend the only thing I can give you, Is my friendship and my love, The reasurance that I will not leave and will be there, And together we will get thru, I wish I could just wipe away the tears and pain, Make it all go away but I can't, What I can do is give all the inspiration and love I have received from you, And lay them gently at your feet, And tell you that I love you, Am so inspired by you, And will always be around ~ Angel of Rainbows ~ Thank you Thank you for the love you’ve shown, The tenderness and care. The very many happy hours When time and hours you share. Thank you for the kindness Your smile and tender touch. All the lovely things you do Are valued very much. You always make me welcome With a chat and cup of tea, You are very special And very important to me. You show your care for others In very many ways ~ Your friendship is treasured And brings light unto my days. Thank you for who I am When I spend time with you. You help me see that days are fair, And friends are kind and true. Thank you for being there And for your kindly listening ear, For helping me to overcome The things that bring me fear. I think about those sheltered times And the hours we have shared, I remember very well indeed Knowing that you cared.
